We are here to start something
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwest Washington and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Portland merged in July 2006, adding the service territory of Clark, Cowlitz, Skamania, and Wahkiakum counties as well as a branch office in Vancouver - becoming Big Brothers Big Sisters Columbia Northwest. The new agency has grown to become the largest provider of professionally supported one-to-one mentoring on the West Coast, and the ninth largest Big Brothers Big Sisters in the country. Since 1904, Big Brothers Big Sisters of America has helped millions of young people reach their potential by providing them with the positive presence of a caring adult.
