CHIP of South Hampton Roads provides a continuum of prevention and early intervention programs, universal screening for at risk factors associated with poor health outcomes, and appropriate service levels based on children's and families' strengths and needs. The health of our community depends on our ability to raise healthy, happy children who will enter school ready to learn. CHIP offers a continuum of service that are tailored to meet the needs of all parents with children ages 0 to 6. |
