Junior Achievement of South Texas was established in 1979 with the mission to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy. Our vision is to be recognized by businesses, educators and policy makers around the world as the premier organization for educating children K-12 in financial literacy, work readiness and entrepreneurship; and to unite people of all nations around the common goals of creating jobs, building stable economies and providing higher standards of living.
