The Center for Individuals With Physical Challenges in Tulsa, Oklahoma was established in 1959 to provide organized social, cultural and recreational opportunities for persons with physical disabilities. The Center provides a wide variety of services for persons with physical challenges in three major program areas: rehabilitation services, adaptive recreation and community reintegration, in addition to several support groups that meet at the Center's facility.
