Since opening its doors in 1991, Accion East has put over 22,000 microloans totaling over $140 million into the hands of hardworking entrepreneurs and families across the country. Accion East is a certified Community Development Financial Institution by the U.S. Department of the Treasury, a sanctioned SBA Intermediary Microlender, and a member of the Accion U.S. Network, the largest microfinance network in the United States. |
