What this organization describes

Supporting African Leadership Academy and the next generation of African Leaders
The African Leadership Foundation is a non profit organization that supports transformative change in Africa by developing and connecting the continent's next generation of leaders. We carry out our mandate through partnership with the African Leadership Academy (ALA), a need-blind secondary boarding school based in South Africa. ALA gathers the most outstanding 15-19 year old students from all 54 African nations for study through the rigorous Cambridge University A-Level Curriculum and an innovative program focused on leadership, entrepreneurship, and African studies.
