What this organization describes

Serving children, strengthening families, building communities
COA Youth & Family Centers (Children's Outing Association) was founded in 1906 as a fresh air camp for needy immigrant children of Milwaukee. Today, the agency provides a holistic array of family-centered programs including early child development (early child education and parental engagement), youth development (after school and summer youth programs as well as our year-round camping programs), and community development.
