descriptionMission & description | Daughters of Charity Services of San Antonio provides neighborhood-based programs to increase accessibility to primary health care and human services on the part of the poor. We serve a low-income, under and uninsured, largely Hispanic population by operating five health care, educational and social service centers: DePaul Family Center, DePaul Children's Center, La Misión Family Health Care, DePaul-Wesley Children's Center and El Carmen Wellness Center. Our services include full-day and after-school early childhood development, primary medical and dental care, wellness services and education, a variety of social services and individual and family counseling. Our services are available to everyone in the community. Those qualified can access services via a sliding scale co-pay or fee designed to provide our services at affordable rates and make them accessible to individuals and families in need of financial assistance. |
