Expert Care for Abused Children
ChildSafe, formerly known as The Alamo Children's Advocacy Center, was founded in 1992. ChildSafe is a children's advocacy center, Bexar County's only agency providing specialized services to children who have been sexually abused and to their supportive family members. ChildSafe provides a safe, child friendly environment where law enforcement, child protective services, prosecution, and medical and mental health professionals can share information and coordinate strategies sensitive to the needs of each unique case and child.
